Eneldo semillas o aneto (Anethum graveolens).
Forma parte de las plantas que por sus propiedades y características han pasado a ser llamadas plantas medicinales. Ha sido recolectada y envasada en su mejor momento con el fin de conservar intactos los principios activos que la caracterizan.
Es bueno para combatir flatulencias (es carminativo), antiespasmódico, y antidispéptico, en resumen, vuelve las digestiones livianas y evita molestias estomacales. Es un excelente diurético natural que ayuda a eliminar toxinas de nuestro cuerpo y tomarlo.
Para infusionar las raíces y tallos se recomienda, echar 1 cucharadita por taza en agua hirviendo, hervir de 2-5 minutos, dejar reposar de 5-10 minutos y filtrar.
En uso culinario:
Las semillas de eneldo se usan como ingrediente para aromatizar vinagres y aceites. También se las suele añadir a pasteles, panes, pescados y platos de arroz. En Europa del este y Estados Unidos, es frecuente en la elaboración de pepinillos y otros vegetales encurtidos.
